Roses I

Briana Jamieson, Roses I, 2023

Oil on canvas, framed in beech
380 x 334mm

A series of paintings inspired by the colours of Lyall Bay beach at dusk, when the sea is calm and the sky is overcast. Standing in the water as slow, silver-blue waves ripple across the sand. And roses that grow one street in from the sea.
